Grill Salmon + Tomato Rice


I have been craving Soto's nasi lemak. Oh how I miss the nasi lemak + ayam goreng (breast) + sambal + kuah sambal sardin + bergedel = exquisite orgasm in the mouth.
I told my brother you should think of me whenever you eat there, since I am missing it so much...
Anyhow what to do right? I make do with what I have and tadaaa here is my dinner for today Grill salmon + tomato rice = not so bad for grad school studio living.


Ingredients:

1) Soy sauce, italian seasoning, garlic salt, salt, pepper, Maggi season all and garlic
2) Instant tomato rice from India bought at the local asian grocery market
3) Prepack Salmon Fillet bought at Walmart for a good deal.
